Terms of Service

Paseo is a service provided by Anthem Labs LLC. To use Paseo, you must be at least 13 years old and have a valid Apple ID. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.

You agree to use Paseo only for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn't harm others. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Post content that is abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise harmful
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with Paseo's systems
• Use Paseo to distribute spam or malware
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

You own the content you create in Paseo — your trips, pins, notes, and profile. By using Paseo, you grant Anthem Labs LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute your content within the app for the purpose of providing the service.

This means we can show your public trips and pins to other users. We won't sell your content to third parties or use it for advertising.

You're responsible for the content you post. Don't post content you don't have the right to share, and don't post content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.

Paseo Pro is a paid subscription that unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's standard subscription terms.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Free trial periods, where offered, convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial unless cancelled. Charges are non-refundable except as required by law.

Paseo, the Paseo logo, and all associated design and software are owned by Anthem Labs LLC. Nothing in these terms grants you the right to use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary materials.

Music metadata, album artwork, and song information displayed in Paseo is provided by Apple Music (MusicKit) and Apple ShazamKit. These remain the property of their respective rights holders.

Paseo is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about uptime, data preservation, or the accuracy of music or location data.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anthem Labs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Paseo, including loss of data or loss of access to your content.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of Paseo will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

You can delete your account at any time from within the app. Deletion is permanent and removes all your data from our systems.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at our discretion. If we terminate your account for a violation, any unused subscription period is forfeited.

If Paseo is discontinued, we will provide reasonable notice and, where possible, a way to export your data.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of Paseo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

For material changes, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify users through the app.
